Owned by the Hewitt family, Dunham Pumpkins is a 10 acre pumpkin patch situated in Dunham Massey, Cheshire. The Hewitts approached Agritisement UK after the first lockdown, to invite potential customers down to their brand new pumpkin patch.

Website Development

Agritisement UK developed a stunning new website for Dunham Pumpkins which included a full rebrand, new logo and full SEO. The website clearly showcased the unique offerings of the pumpkin patch and encouraged customers to purchase tickets online. 

Results: Achieved an overall website traffic of 250,000 ranking 1st on Google.

Social Media Management

Agritisement UK managed the Facebook, Instagram and TikTok of Dunham Pumpkins. This included posting regularly, responding to messages and comments, as well as directing visitors to buy tickets online.

Results: Social media followers increased by 40% and profile visits increased by 73%.

Digital Ticketing

Online ticketing was implemented for Dunham Pumpkins. Customers purchased tickets through the website for select days and times allowing Dunham Pumpkins to staff their site appropriately. Capacity was capped so Dunham Pumpkins would not be overwhelmed.

Results: Digital tickets generated £45,000, making up 35% of total revenue.

Content Creation

Agritisement UK crafted compelling and informative content to promote Dunham Pumpkins. This included long-form and short-form videos, stunning photos, and eye-catching graphic designs.

Results: Post frequency and consistency increased by 51%.

Paid Advertising

Agritisement UK used paid social media advertising to boost ticket sales and social media reach. Advertisement conversion rates were measured to ensure campaign success for Dunham Pumpkins.

Results: Paid adverts reached 150,000 people, an increase of 460%.

Email Marketing

By introducing digital tickets, customers were given the option to subscribe to email marketing, paving the way for Dunham Pumpkins to build a GDPR-compliant email database. This was then leveraged to consistently offer tickets year after year.

Results: Average click through rate of 4%.
